Resetarits Construction was hired to provide Design Build services that included the renovation of three separate commercial kitchens, that serve 2000 meals per day, various building additions to the existing facilitates in total of approximately 10,000 square feet, numerous interior renovations to classroom and computer labs and restoration to the building’s exterior and existing window system. Resetarits worked hand and hand with the School to match their needs and stay within their budget. Our ability to provide Design services along with our Construction Management services allowed the school to maximize their resources on the most critical facility issues that faced the school.
