Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled (CSDD) hired Resetarits Construction to construct their community residence located on Lake Avenue in the Town of Blasdell.

The residence offer individual apartment style living for CSDD’s clients. Each resident has a private kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom. A large community space is available for the shared use of all residents.

Resetarits Construction acted as General Contractor for the project, and was responsible for all aspects of project construction including:
