RODGARD, a division of Hutchinson Industries, is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of tire mobility inserts for the wheeled vehicle industry, i.e. runflat systems. They provide products for security, military and commercial applications.

Resetarits Construction has completed numerous expansion and renovation projects to Rodgard’s facility located in Buffalo, NY.

Most recently, Resetarits Construction erected a 25,000 s.f. pre-engineered warehouse addition to their existing pre-engineered manufacturing facility.

Because of the sensitive industrial operations being performed in the Rodgard facility, precision was critical in this expansion. In particular, the quality and flatness of the warehouse floor was imperative to the success of the project, and Rodgard’s ability to utilize the space.

Additional work included sitework, foundations, mechanical work, building erection, and interior finishes.

Resetarits Construction employed subcontractors on the project with a track record for attention to detail and careful performance, and delivered another successful project to Rodgard industries.

Polymer Conversions specializes in close tolerance, high quality production of thermoplastic molded products. The precision and quality standards required by their clients necessitates a pristine working environment; minimal disruption during the construction process is a must. Resetarits Construction has enjoyed a long standing relationship with Polymer Conversions, and we will continue to work to meet their facility’s stringent requirements.

This project consisted of a 27,500 s.f. addition including 10,000 ss.f. FDA Class 8 clean room, one of the largest in NY state and designed exclusively for injection molding.

Resetarits Construction often utilizes the quality services of Iroquois Bar on project needing concrete delivery or rebar installation.  When Iroquois Bar was ready to expand and build their new office building, they relied on the services of Resetarits Construction.

Iroquois Bar’s new office and service building is located on Commerce Drive, in Lackawanna NY.

The pre-engineered structure features office space, reception area, conference rooms, break rooms, and a service area for Iroquois Bar’s equipment.

David Resetarits has been a motorcycle enthusiast for many years, and took great pride in being chosen to complete the construction for Buffalo Harley Davidson’s expansion to the Southtowns. Having worked with Buffalo Harley Davidson on their Buffalo/Amherst location, Resetarits Construction was excited and honored to begin work on their new facility.

The project, located on a 9-acre site off of Milestrip Road. in Orchard Park, NY consisted of the renovation of a former office/warehouse building and the addition of 40,000 s.f. of space. A unique aspect of the project was the grinding and sealing of an existing 30,000 s.f. concrete floor.

The renovations and addition include showroom space for new and collectors’ motorcycles, a retail store featuring a variety of Harley Davidson merchandise, and a state of the art service facility.

Working closely with Harley Davidson’s architect, Resetarits Construction achieved the consistency and requirements of the Harley Davidson’s stringent design standards, all within the rigorous 3-month construction schedule.
